NO mention of Kashmir in official NATO press release on Chairman of NATO Military Committee visit

Despite claims by Pakistan PM House, that NATO General Peter Pavel discussed Kashmir during his visit; it finds ZERO mention in the official press release by NATO on the visit:

I mentioned it earlier, NATO holds no stake or ground on kashmir.. NATO is completely different institution. They are coming up cooked up stories ...

Too many misreporting from the official channels from Pakistan lately.

There is a reason NATO wouldnt take sides on Kashmir like US or try to influence but i doubt General would have refused to comment as this would have definitely been brought up in the regional conflict backdrop esp. upon the recent escalation . As per Pakistan Media here is what he said in reply

“I have listened to your yesterday’s speech in the Parliament where you eloquently expressed the issue of Kashmir. The Kashmir issue has to be addressed as two nuclear powers are party to it and the world cannot remain indifferent and must be concerned,”

The statement itself speaks that the general didnt take anyones side but stressed both parties of this conflict are nuclear nations so world should be concerned .

And because Kashmir doesnt fall in NATOs operational or political discourse it doesnt get part in their official statements.


So you cant say it was a fake news but definitely nothing of value for sure..
