we are back to the 1990s where every statement of every little underlying at State Department and Pentagon was analyzed for shift on Kashmir

With a huge underlying change; of course

This time it is Pakistan that is very anxious for US support

Then in the 90s ; It was India that was on the defensive and wary of US support to Pakistan
