Gulf news isnt Indian outlet. Read his full statements and not parts.
Cheers.

Its not trolling when its the truth.
So ambassador's "personal view" is stronger than minister stating state's view?

Read carefully:

The UAE has taken note of the Indian government’s decision of non-operationalisation of some sections of Article 370 of the Indian Constitution related to the state of Jammu and Kashmir, said Dr Ahmad Al Banna, the UAE ambassador to India.

Dr Al Banna added: “We also took note of the introduction of Jammu and Kashmir Reorganisation Bill in the Indian Parliament aimed at replacing Article 370 with the creation of Ladakh region and the state of Jammu and Kashmir as India’s two new Union Territories.”

He commented that from his understanding the reorganisation of states is not a unique incident in the history of independent India and that it was mainly aimed at reducing regional disparity and improving efficiency. He viewed this latest decision related to the state of Jammu and Kashmir as an internal matter as stipulated by the Indian Constitution.

His understanding not UAE's understanding! Notice the difference?

Now read what the state actually said which is the same as what the ambassador said about UAE minus his personal feelings:

UAE expresses concern over developments in Jammu and Kashmir, calls for restraint and dialogue

UAE is confident in the wisdom of the leaderships of both India and Pakistan, says Gargash

In a statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation today, Dr Anwar Bin Mohammed Gargash, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, stressed "the need to use dialogue for maintaining peace, security and stability in the region".

He also expressed the UAE's confidence in the wisdom of the leaderships of both India and Pakistan and their ability to "overcome this crisis through communication and constructive dialogue, away from escalation and confrontation."

It is basically what IRAN, USA, UK, MALAYSIA, TURKEY, RUSSIA, KSA said

Because NO diplomat will risk telling one to bomb the other nor calling or allowing for war! No one is as blood thirst as Modi!

I certainly think his statement needs to be considered as well given UAE govt did not make him take back his comments. If any ambassador makes any errant statement, govt of his state would issue a press note disassociating itself with said statement or ask the ambassador to take back the statement.

OTOH, you have replied to my posts on this thread but suddenly I don't have enough privileges to post there even though i have done so before. Quite convenient. :/

No one complained coz we in Pakistan didnt sensationalize it like in india!

indian journalists fed them to you like they were state statements when they were personal views and we in Pakistan dont really care much for personal views!

What i quoted above is the initial response, and this comes on August 8th! And nothing alarming there, quite standard statement 'calling for restraint' crap.

No one complained coz we in Pakistan didnt sensationalize it like in india!
Are you kidding me?
BTW when I say Pak members, I mean here on this forum.

indian journalists fed them to you like they were state statements when they were personal views and we in Pakistan dont really care much for personal views!
I didn't quote Indian article. And BTW article goes to say this as well:-
"The ambassador expressed hope that this decision of the Indian government would help improve the social and economic conditions and welfare of the people of the state of Jammu and Kashmir as well as Ladakh. “We expect that the changes would improve social justice and security and confidence of the people in the local governance and will encourage further stability and peace,” he added."
Ambassador is basically the govt of foreign country in the host country.

I dont know why...I dont see you banned there...Ask indian govt...maybe they dont want you to know the truth so they can keep feeding you fake news :coffee:
Lol sure.

What I showed you is the official response! also on 8th August and I already divided the state response from his personal analysis for you but if you cant accept it, that is not my problem!

Are you kidding me?

So Pak members on an open forum complaining is supposed to make UAE scold their ambassador? Sorry doesnt happen like that in real life!

The ambassador expressed hope
yes personal views...Not UAE expressed hope...please notice the difference when he talks as a human and as a representative...He says UAE or the the UAE govt while I for personal views....

.

My reference to Pak members wasnt in relation to statement by the Ambassador but in relation to the hype of the UNSC informal meeting.
Not UAE expressed hope
Yes, UAE talked of restraint after their ambassador said "....."
Where exactly does the statement by UAE denounces Indian move? Where is the question in that?

He says UAE or the the UAE govt while I for personal views....
Doesnt that give you the general idea regarding the actual mood of people in the govt in UAE?

Why not? We need to help Kashmiris from indian army terrorizing them and indian govt oppressing them!

Yes, UAE talked of restraint after their ambassador said "....."
Ambassador actually said UAE took note like every other nation on the planet!

Nope...personal doesnt....I am not sure how or why you would think "the people" are in love with indians? they only see you as low paid people who wold do their bidding....

Now keep to the thread and stop derailing with your insecurities!

.
Why not? We need to help Kashmiris from indian army terrorizing them and indian govt oppressing them!
Rhetoric.

Ambassador actually said UAE took note like every other nation on the planet!
I acknowledged that already, and also said it doesnt harm India in any way.....infact there were some members who were actually hoping for Middle east to cut India's oil supply. Not new members, members with over 30k replies. Talk about being excited.

Nope...personal doesnt....I am not sure how or why you would think "the people" are in love with indians?
Not once did i imply that.

they only see you as low paid people who wold do their bidding....
Notice how i refrain from making any derogatory statements in all my posts? Forum would lot cleaner if everybody did that. (yes including other Indian members, not that many are left after the recent 'great cleanup'.

Now keep to the thread
back to the topic:-

acknowledged that already, and also said it doesnt harm India in any way...
Then why drag it here and air it as a national statement by UAE govt when it is not?

Rhetoric.

We also got our flag 2 mind earlier after all we are the big brother

. .
Because it was the first statement issued by UAE authority.
No it was not...It was first statement aired as important by Indian govt.

The foreign minister released statement on same day If you notice the the timestamp

.
UAE has helped Pakistan several times in the past whenever we needed them. But UAE heavily depends on India and Indians. There are 2 million Indians living and working in UAE and a lot of important positions are held by them (unlike Pakistanis there) and they are deeply embedded in the society. It is very difficult for the UAE to pick sides between India and Pakistan. The best they can do is remain neutral. It is very difficult to persuade them by using just the Muslim card. because Indian Muslims make sure of it. Majority of Indian Muslims support this decision even if they believe this is wrong. This is the only way they can assure Hindus of their loyalty. But they have forgotten the fact that Allah said in Qur'an that you can never please non-believers unless you become one.
May Allah guide us all.
A lot of people have said the same about indian workers as UAE's weakness but in fact it is more of an India's weakness
