If we separate Jammu and Leh, then Kashmir would start burning in flames. As I said, they depend heavily on Jammu. And it would become a self-fulfilling prophecy after that. Some kashmiris would then start demanding independence again with extreme vigour.
Ergo Jammu & Leh can not be separated.

And as you well know, India can not let Kashmir go to either Pakistan or independent (Incidentally even Pakistan does not want an independent Kashmir). Kashmir is strategic land. Asking for Kashmir to be let go to Pakistan is nothing more than wishing for flying horses.

okay- now I see where you are coming from.

You would find the next TTP safehouse emerging in Kashmir if Kashmir becomes a poverty ridden nation. Gulf states would put their money to make Kashmir the next big trouble zone for the world.

It might be hard for you to believe this as I know where you come from..but Both India and Pakistan are firmly agreed on this aspect - no Independent Kashmir. Its India or Pakistan.

i share your sentiment, but unfortunately kashmir does not matter to india except as a means to murder muslims and choke pakistan. none of kashmiri rivers flow into india they all flow to PAKISTAN. ask any common person on other side of world what this means where kashmir should go in a just and fair world?

even these eastern rivers that you mention originate or go through himachil pardesh before entering occupied kashmir. see the following two maps from wiki templates. Ravi, chenab, beas and sutlej all go through himachil pradesh first. only jhelum and indus go through occupied kashmir exclusively and neither flows into india, yet they still try to justify their occupation. this shows they dont need kashmir at all except to occupy a people against their will and to rape, murder muslims.

if they keep this up one day will come Inshallah when after liberating kashmir we take those two himalyan states where eastern tributaries and ganga jamna originate and then we can starve these indians of their lifeline and then 400 million starving hindus will know how we muslims feel. akkh de badlay akkh.

The Kashmiris dont want Jammu to separate. And quite vehemently at that. Any suggestion that GoI is in the mood to do this would result in Kashmir(valley) going up in flames.

I'll give you an analogy - Jammu is to Kashmiris what Kashmiris are to India.

I see no harm in this.

unfortunately these ideas are shot down by hawks on both sides of the border.

We in pakistan think, Kashmir is our maaee baap ka maal.

Same thing in India. They all think it is their maai baap ka maal.

Now a Chinnai dude may visit Kashmir once in life time or may never. No connection to Kashmir except through 5th grade sarkari school history propaganda book.

Same thing with Pakistan. A Multani dude has no connection to kashmir what soever.

And yet these dude are ready to raise storm the moment any reconciliation talk happens.


Without ever realizing that long term peace is in his own benefit.

We don't visit Kashmir??
People visit Kashmir as much as they visit Gilgit Baltistan and KpK for the sake of peace..I visited Kashmir thrice and too this August as well Muzafarabad to Neelum and Taubat, to mirpur and Kotli to Kotli-danna.. they want freedom but they are asking for Gilgit Baltistan with it making Murree a part of Kashmir and give away mirpur....we can't give away GB, as it doesn't belong to Kashmir in either way...& for freedom they need remaining part of Jammu & Kashmir.. They are already free with their own government just waiting for other part to say INDEPENDENT..and I don't think they would be able to form an army and air force or any other security force for their sovereignity under their bugdet...
Through my whole tour I didn't feel that I'm in another state.. People were all so loving and helpful..

Moreover, we consider Kashmir our Jageer..?
, we can't even buy an inch in Kashmir or make house anywhere in Kashmir...even though we are Pakistanis.. They are already free but they got security under Pak forces to not go occupied...
