The grand scheme of the PML (N) to discredit former chief justice Saqib Nisar through an audio clip leak seems to have fallen flat on its face, when a forensic audit on the audio clip revealed that it was doctored.

On the initiative of a local media company, Primeau Forensics, a US company carried out forensic audit of the alleged audio clip of Nisar.

The company revealed that the clip was generated from at least two different sources as there were two different reverberations indicating that the first portion of the audio in question was likely recorded in a different environment than the second portion.


It may be recalled that a journalist on his blog had posted an audio clip and claimed that the ex-chief justice was influencing and instructing some other member of the judiciary to get former premier Nawaz Sharif and his daughter convicted.

The company previously has processed over 5,000 audio, video, and image forensic investigations and provided expert testimony in over 500 cases in local, state, and federal courts in the USA.

Their experience in audio, video, and image forensic lab helped in deciphering the content into meaningful data by providing expert reports that are both easy to understand and are court-friendly.

Just like corruption there are layers and shells at each level. One person gives a statement but outside Pakistan and says it’s confidential, the one who notarized it is outside Pakistan, but some how it gets leaked to a specific journalist of a specific media house, who simply says ‘I got this from a source , so just doing my journalistic duty’ - and then the real beneficiaries show crocodile tears but never touch the matter directly or bring it in court etc. The minions then do the rona dhona of establishment, saqib nisar blah blah. You will hear all the stories from them and their well wishers, but never the billion dollar worth question - if you are innocent then just provide the sources and legitimacy of your funds and be done with .
At the same time a fake audio is also leaked by a known minion on self exile.

Say what you may the control of Sharif family on media, lawyers and judges stands completely exposed. This is clearly a coordinated effort and scheme.

Norani is only faithful to money, he knows that what he presented on his master's behalf in media is based only on lies and deceits. He will never provide the original to the court as evidence.
Justice Shamim will also do not have an original affidavit to provide it in court.
All are verbal diarrhea of Patwaris to malign only a single person and to get relief in the courts.
The continuing drama is based on the ' SGS and Cotecna corruption cases' against Zardari/BB which was the mastermind of PML(N); though the Zardari/BB was convicted but later acquitted on the basis of a telephonic call between Shahbaz Sherif & Justice Qayyum and the recording of which was presented in the court of law and proved original - same tactics was used here but based on lies and deceit with no original as there is nothing original to produce in the court of law.
Head Patwari and the 'Nani Group' know it very well that upon that fake audio clip they will face another case and that could prolong their punishment.
Pakistan is a very juicy piece for corrupts/thieves/hoarders/land grabbers because of her's very weak judiciary institute/system and where one could even keep the judges as pets. NS and Zardari won't let that piece slip so easily from their jaws. No the best thing is who ever thinks that this is an evidence of a wrongdoing against them in a particular case, they should submit it in their appeals running in courts. That is, as PMLN is crying on media day and night, its leaders should submit it in their actively running appeals in high court.

Justice Khosa have made almost impossible to present audio/video evidence in your favor through judgment in Arshad Malik case, only if SC of IHC would take sou-motto, these type of evidence could be considered.
