IMO, failure is due to because US stoped GPS signals like they did in brahmos test.

And DRDO is that stupid that even in the unlikeliest chance that it did happen( go knows where that theory came from).. there was no backup on GLONASS or even a backup terminal guidance.

I suggest you not make too much of a mockery of Murphy's law here..
This is R&D.. you have mess ups.. accept it.. and hope for a better result the next time.

Pakistani failure's usually happen in the workshops and development areas.. The idea is to screw up soo many times while making something.. so when the time finally comes to test it.. you've already messed up as bad as you could and there is nothing really left to go wrong which you haven't "tested" already.. hence.. they usually work.

Much smaller Babur gives 700+ km range while Larger Nirbhay gives 700 - 1000 km !! After watching the video of NDTV I was kinda shock to see the length of Nirbhay. It seemed twice longer than Babur while giving only 300km superiority over Babur, If it is the size of Tomahawk CM then it must give at least 1500km of range.

What are the actual / Official measurements of Nirbhay.

First of all earlier reports stated the range to be 1200 km.

Second thing is payload . If nirbhay carries more payload than babur , it is bound to be bigger.

Actually if we compare Babur's dimensions in wiki's with the official one of Nirbhay.
Nirbhay's smaller by just a bit:

Babur- Length 6.25 m without booster
Diameter 0.52 m

Nirbhay- Length 6.03 m without booster

Comparing Nirbhay to Babur or Tomhawk is clear stupidity.... It can be clearly observed that Nirbhay is more stealthy missile as its engine blades and turbofan is hidden... even its intakes are hidden.... as it should be to reduce the RCS of missile.

What people forget is that the range also depends upon the efficiency of the turbojet, fuel fraction.. and warhead size.
