Sad to see this happening. Mostly all these rapes are being done by biharis. Sorry to say that. The sixth accused in the recent gang rape was caught in Bihar. We need strict laws now. This is effecting Indian image in the world.

Of all the rape cases, the majority are done by those who come from nearby states. Especially the last gangrape that made it so big in the news. Why not just go and lynch some Biharis out there...?

I think the source of the problem is several hundred years of orthodox conservative culture that in villages that is now backfiring. Now all these sexually frustrated villagers come to cities ,see a girl in a skirt or jeans and then....... We need to totally shelve this conservative culture and go for a very liberal society based on western values. All this Indian conservative culture only looks good on paper.

Really, its a national issue. Where were you when Dalit women were raped every single day, paraded nude in villages etc. ? Where were you when Assam women went in front of IA to say, come IA and rape us, same in Kashmir ? Don't they deserve the same respect and justice ?

These incidents are done by not a citizen but the very forces that are supposed to protect the people of India.

Problem is, when a woman is raped in Delhi or terrorist attack happens in Mumbai, you all come out, whereas ignore what happens in other parts of India.

I agree this is a real issue but don't be selective and prioritize what to focus on, where to focus on.
