I didn't expected this from you.see the rape stats of last year and now current year and you'll know why people are worried about Delhi.all those states you are talking about have very less no. Of rapes when compared to Delhi.
Another thing is that literacy level of Delhi is high.if literate people are doing these kind of things then. Only god knows what happens in illiterate regions.rape is a heinous crime.if we don't set any example in our capital then forget Bihar,up and Kashmir.
People who are telling rape also happens in America-we are not America and never will be.we are India and always will be.
Yesterday it was someone elses daughter/sister/mother that got raped and tommorow it could be yours.

I don't think we should see this issue which has shaken the entire nation from the prism of caste or religion. When a rape is committed within the four walls of a house, it does not matter whether the girl is a dalit or whatever. Yes, its true that the marginalized sections of the society is the worst affected in this case because they don't get the attention they deserve. However, if a reformation is done in the privileged sections, the marginalized ones will receive some benefits of it at least.

As for capital punishment, its the only deterrence to reduce rape crimes. Death sentence is a must. This is the only deterrence. Otherwise, nobody will fear committing rapes. Indians can't spend money to feed some animals kept safely within the jails ages. No less than death sentence is acceptable.

Capitol Punishment in no way gives the criminal a fit punishment.

Rather it announces that this kind of crime will be in no way tolerated, which is a benefit.


Criminals would understand the harshness of their crime, and perhaps refuse to engage in these acts.


Capitol Punishment deters criminal behavior by showing the fate of such perpetrators.

And that there is a zero tolerance policy.

That's just a flame bait on a serious issue.. One could as easily replace Bharatis with Pakistanis and rapists with Terrorists and Delhi with Pakistan and the shoe will fit..

Hey guys, do you know the main reason of rape in India? I am sure that it is also very common in Pakistan too but because so many news of suicide bombing make the news so rape is considered news of little significance.

The thing is that most adults are restricted. Their family members don't want them to get married unless they make good income. Most men hit puberty when they are 13 or 14 so technicaly we should get married in early twenties, not in the late thirties as most indian and pakistani do. So when people are so restricted, they can't have girlfriends publicly. Some are too ***** to talk to their parents about marriage and some parents wont let them get married soon enough, they resort to these things.

One real solution is, let men get married at their own will whenever they feel like they are ready and the number of rapes will go down.

This time, people won't tolerate if rapists are not given death sentence and implementation of death sentence within a month. Not only those six but all the rapists caught till now. This message should be sent to the public that if you rape, you will be dead within a month through speedy trial. And also crack down on Khap Panchayats, even if extreme force is needed like sending army to gun down those ferocious animals is required.

Lets begin a hunt for rapists and kill all of them. Rape crimes will reduce drastically.
