Hey guys, my daughter is former national Canadian Jiu Jitsu champion and during these times of quarantine she's started her own youtube channel with regards to Jiu Jitsu and MMA. I cannot begin to tell you the effect martial arts has had on her and her siblings' lives with regards to confidence and self-defense.
