If ASQ could read persian he'de be surprised by the racism of iranian azeris , they don't call us fascists , they consider us an inferior race , same as arabs (they say persian is the 33rd dialect of arabic ) ; all because they're not well off like they were during the qajar
hell they even make fun of us for being monotheistic , they say ardashir was a monotheist tyrant
The Azeri's I know are more Iranian nationalistic than I am.
that was more or less my point , the top people in iranian politics are azeri

Thats because of Persian racism, don't you think? Ethnic nationalism is growing among Azeri Turks in Iran, wether you would accept to see this or ignore it, and thats just a normal reaction to what they observe. Who use racist slurs such as "Torke Khar" all the time? And I don't need to read Persian to read thousands of racist comments by Persians all over the internet.
That would be good for the both sides, because both sides are now leaning more and more towards ethnic nationalism instead of religion, and ethnic nationalism would bring conflict, and it does, but many choose to ignore the existence of it, regardless of the size of it.
