Regarding to Natural Reserves of the Mediterranean: I see some countries try to make deal between themselves and trying to ignore Turkey in the process.

Now the Kurdish issue is mostly over (withdrawing of final PKK elements are about to be completed in next few days). Turkey can aggressively focus on Mediterranean issue. I recently watched a interview where Murad Bayar says " We have intentions to claim all East Mediterranean resources, therefore we are paying special attention to navy projects". (ı will post if i find it again)

The reserves found so far are quite far from Turkey, no one is ignoring Turkey just like no one ignoring Egypt, Italy or other irrelevant countries.
Though perhaps my memory fails me? I am pretty sure that all reserves found are to the east and south of Cyprus.
As far as I can see relevant countries are Israel and Cyprus who are working in agreement, and Lebanon, for which the international border is used (or more precisely its extension to the Exclusive Economic Zone).
