It will depend upon new COAS. We sometimes unnecessarily criticize DG (ISPR). He is bound to follow orders and instructions of COAS.

Agreed. There is no reason for a General to be a 'Press Secretary'.

Put ISPR under Department of Defense and appoint a Colonel or lower to do a job with appropriate PR skills and training
