After the 7.62*51 requirement was abruptly added, OFB had to quickly produce a model for trials. This is it... It's a AK103 clone in 7.62*51. More images of it will surface.

The previous requirement was 3 round multi cal rifle, ironically, none of those rounds are the new requirement. This is done by DRDO and is under trials, will enter service as well. Not for regular infantry, however.

yet another third grade AK clone churned out by the dodos of OFB.

Doomed for failure. AK's basic design and specs aren't suitable for 7.62x51 caliber. We, POF, have been down this road before and scratched out the idea during preliminary stages.

In single fire, it'll have too much of a recoil. Forget about controlled burst in auto mode. Shooter will be all over the place.

That is the 7.62x39mm AK-103 clone being manufactured/planning on being manufactured by RFI, not the 7.62x51mm rifle.
