What's new

Neptune joined military

Abim, There are numerous commando units of Gendarmerie all over the country. It can be Bursa as much as it can be Doğu. But I have met with great folks here like a man from central Anatolia. He works at a car repairs shop. He joined the service because his father in law didn't permit him to marry unless he does his service. For example if that guy picks Southeast from the "lottery", I'd be glad to exchange with mine. Other than that, whereever comes I plan to go for it, since like 2 months later I'll have to deal with Spc. Sgt exams.
Hey .. Yo!

Good luck fish ! :D

 Wimp. Average temp this time of year for Norway? 2 °C, try the cold waters of the North Sea sometime. Oh, and not just sailing, try swimming in icy waters, at night, during an SAR op:

How long are you planning on serving? I did four years, but my military service helped me get a job with a defense contractor when I left, so I still have close relations with the military. Congrats Neptune, well deserved and best of luck to you. Stay safe.

And do you recognize me? I changed my account... again, for the second time:partay:.

:o::( Make your way up to Sandefjord sometime, maybe for a training op with our special ops, I'll treat you to dinner and some fun around town.

Average temperature in siachin -45-50... Lowest -55,-60!

Go in glory and victory, brother. Forward to the charge!

Don't ask ... Don't tell... Isn't that said in context to the homosexual recruitment thing?:D

Meh, my ex's heart was colder:P.

:o::lol: A very Japanese saying. When I was in college, the most common phrase was, "when in doubt, whip it out."

Youth is funny that way.

I don't know, i can't answer. LOL,

I can, and yes @DESERT FIGHTER it is a reference to homosexuality in the recruiting process, specifically the barring of openly homosexual people from serving in the US military:

Don't Ask, Don't Tell (DADT)—the law prohibiting gay and lesbian people from serving openly in the military.

Don't Ask, Don't Tell Repeal Act of 2010 | Human Rights Campaign

Yeah, yeah. I'm not asking it is hell or not. :) Of course it's hell. But seems like your holding well.

No serious physically injuries, no "Hava değişimi, RDM"....it's okay. :D

RDMs here are lions to newcomers but the specialists are even more sycopat than the RDMs :)

How can't I :D. Scandinavian countries are on my bucket list, I am mean on this. By current mandate 15 months. But after a couple months of serve, I'll have an exam to OR-5 (Specialist Sgt, career soldier). Then it's all the way to hell for another training :)

Thanks..but I think it's better this way, otherwise I'd have to pay for my travel expenses each time I plan to see her

i think you will find its the third time you changed your account.

Bad at math I may be, but alas no, only the second change:

Initial:

Transhumanist

First change:

Technogaianist

Second change:

Slave_to_the_waffle

Give me a few days, and an argument with someone, I'll lock myself out of my current account, leave for a few months, and return with a new account. Promise:partay:.

Busy, busy, busy, he even left AMF!

Thanks. At this point, no man should think of 'being hero'. Mandatory service members will be at the back front when compared to those fighting on the streets like JÖH. But anything can happen and without better gear and specialized personnel its too dangerous for them.

haaaaaa! i miss my Swedish friend @SvenSvensonov ! PDF is not the same without him and @Armstrong

Since they both left me, i've felt lonely here. The Three Musketeers are down to one sole musketeer....:(:(
