Pakistan has a huge coastline with beautiful beaches. But what is missing is high quality resorts which are safe for tourists. Need to do what Turkey has done with their coastline and build resorts with activities like scuba diving, water skiing etc.

Also need to build Las Vegas style casino city. Everyone knows South Asians love to gamble and this would be a huge revenue generator. Also it will civilize baloch.

How about the freedom for tourists and people to do what they want in the comfort of their own property. Pakistan won't make money off the alcohol or gambling but it would still boost the economy since rich people are always looking for tax free and luxurious ocean side homes.
What Baloch people need to do is to fight their selfish tribal leaders (most, not all) who have kept them in extreme poverty and not blame everything on the government. The Pakistani government is a piece of crap, but they know and have all ways known it is in their benefit not ignore minorities which will be supported by their friend Saint India to 'fight for their freedom'. The government wants this bs rebellion to end in any way they can by building the Balochies real houses, schools etc. It the Balochies tribal leaders who have really deprived them (keep in mind, I'm talking about Balochies, not Hazras or the Pashtun of Balochistan)

This is a good wishful thinking. In reality these things are very difficult. Lots of groups have their own interests. To build international city needs a strong leadership at the center. I don't think there is any such political leadership in Pakistan.

On topic : In the 70s during ZA Bhutto's time there was a massive Casino being built in Karachi on the exact location which is today the Dolmen City Complex (at Clifton Beach). The day it was supposed to be inaugurated exactly one month before it Ziaul Haq's martial law came and the Casino building was immediately demolished.
A sad demise I know.
But if Gwadar can be made into what Karachi was in 60s and 70s and developed further from there with an active night life with clubs and resorts then it would be amazing!
And yes I agree exposing the Baluchs to such life will also help in reducing extremist supporters because then they'd see the lavish lifestyle of Gwadar and then realize what an idiocy their entire movement is as they'd get attracted to live a comfortable life by getting a regular job instead.
