I didn't get what you said.... I don't think any common person in sit-ins or out of it is exempted from indirect taxes. What revolutionists are doing is altogether a separate debate and have nothing to do with fact that GoP's major chunk of income is from indirect taxes.

Time to be silent and be democratic, peaceful and respectful of the mandate that a MUCH bigger majority of Pakistan has assigned to someone. Let people who are working, finish working and their term. Where does it say its "corruption"??? This is a court's verdict I believe, if this was proven that this was "corruption", it would've said it black and white. AND BY DEFAULT the CRIMINAL PENAL CODE of this country (or whatever country), would've IMMEDIATELY kicked in and it would be represented in the SAME document above where it would say something like: " as determined by the investigating agency (X), the corruption scandal determined by the court results in the jury finding party 1,2,3 and 4 guilty by the UK's legal criminal code procedures, and therefore, defendants are hereby ordered to serve X years in Jail. This ORDER of the court is bailable within 24 hours of this legal decree for $200,000.00" or something like this"

The judgement was that the defendants (NS and co) were to pay the plaintiff. 15 million dollars were not paid. Read through the rest of the documents from this case if you want more details. Doesn't mater what you say or what legal education you have, going against a guarantee you give and disobeying a court order to keep a few million dollars in your pockets is illegal and corruption.

1) Are you sure you are going to talk about "disobeying the court order" here.....I have a court order from a California court. Confirming a child's parenthood to IK and he abandoned the mother and the child (and did it twice now). What's more f'd up? Abandoning human beings or money?

2) NS has shown over a billion rupees worth of assets. I don't think he'd have an issue with showing a few more million dollars if those were directly under his name. Or if he had to disclose them under the Pakistani law.

3) Courts in the West don't do "mercy" or "favors" because you are Tony Blair or GW or NS. The do justice. The document and the little video you keep flashing, is just a court judgement. In business, it is VERY common to have ongoing legal issues that arise due to being in business. Sometimes you win and sometimes you lose. Its business. TRUST ME, if there was criminal intent involved, he'd be behind the jail, no matter who these guys were. Just like the verdict from California didn't care about IK's status and put him as the father.
