Nawaz Sharif's UNGA speech:
"PM Sharif says India poses unacceptable conditions to dialogue. India's should stop it's brutality in Kashmir
# India should deliver on its commitments that its leaders solemnly promised on many occasions
# To this end, steps should be taken by UN to demilitarise Jammu and Kashmir
# The International Community ignores the dangers of rising tension of South Asia
# For its part, Pak is committed to the establishment of strategic stability in the region; it neither wants nor is it engaged in an arms race with India
# But we cannot ignore our neighbours unprecedented arms build up and will take whatever measures are necessary to maintain credible deterrence
# We are open to discuss all measures of restraint and responsibility with India in any forum or format without any conditions
# I would also like to reiterate our offer to India to enter into a serious dialogue for the peaceful resolution of all outstanding disputes, specially Jammu and Kashmir
# This indigenous uprising of Kashmiris has been met by brutal repression of India's occupation force of over half a million forces
# Over 100 Kashmiris have been killed, hundreds including children have been blinded by shot gun pellets; these Indian brutalities have been well-documented
# I demand an independent inquiry into the extrajudicial killings in Kashmir, demand an end to the curfew
# We demand the immediate release of all Kashmiri political prisoners, end to curfew, freedom to demonstrate peacefully, medical help for injuured
and abrogation of India's draconian laws
# A new generation of KAshmiris has risen spontaneously against India's illegal occupation
# India's posed unacceptable pre-condition to engage dialogues
# Burhan Wani, the young leader murdered by Indian forces has emerged as a symbol of latest Kashmiri 'Intifada'
# We will not allow foreign forces to destabilize the development of Pakistan
# Pak wants peace with India, we have gone extra mile to achieve this by repeatedly offering dialogue
# Talks are no favour to Pakistan, but to both countries
# Essential to resolve differences especially in J&K and to avoid danger of escalation
# Peace between India and Pakistan cannot be achieved without resolution to the Kashmir dispute
# Pakistan will share dossier with UN Secy General on Indian brutalities in Kashmir
# In many countries the ghost of intolerance has revived xenophobia and Islamophobia
# My country has been the principal victim of terrorsism
#Citizens and security personnel have been killed in terrorost attacks
