you are probably right. PTI can only win if

1. all of the youth votes for him. I mean ALL, problem is most dont vote.

2.if he has good sincere political workers to avoid foul play during voting.

as youth(18-25) compromises 25% of electorial votes (if they all register them selves), this could be game changer in a low turn out country where only 35-40% vote.
