Lahore News, Chief Minister of Punjab Mian Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has said that his government has decided to not accept any foreign aid in future.
Punjab chief minister called for taking efforts for economic independence of Pakistan and to boost trade instead of foreign aid, Addressing a press conference after provincial cabinet meeting on Monday.
He said that Davis episode, drone attacks and Abbottabad operation have defamed the country are the result of the foreign aid, adding that the foreign aid has proved poison for national sovereignty.
He said that the US raid in Abbottabad was violation of the sovereignty and posed serious threats to the national security and sovereignty.
He said that today we have become slaves as the US is the master of ours, adding that the bond of friendship could not be established between the slaves and masters.

SLAMABAD: PML-N President and former prime minister Nawaz Sharif on Wednesday cancelled his scheduled meeting with US Ambassador in Pakistan Cameron Munter, sources in the party told Dawn.
Mr Sharifs meeting with the US ambassador was to be held against the backdrop of the last week Nato attack on Pakistani posts.
