I think the top guys in Pakistani Establishment know very well that India isn't (even if it tried, it wasn't effective) responsible for TTP or problems in Balochistan, but they choose to actively fuel disinformation campaign against India, because it serves their purpose on multiple levels VERY WELL.

First of all, it absolves themselves of any accountability. Secondly, it provides them with a counter-narrative against India on international forums wrt terrorism (despite lack of evidences to show for India's involvement).

In addition, it provides themselves with a justification to engage in terrorism against India (as if they) it fuels fanatic rage against India among its ignorant masses, further providing it with enough brainwashed people to go and take up arms in India/Kashmir.

Finally, they think that international community might even buy such arguments if repeated enough times, with enough decibels!

By law Imran Khan can't hold public office, so the picture shows how the likes of Nawaz, Zardari and so forth get to hold public offices despite breaking the law. Zardari couldn't hold office of the presidency since he tried to commit suicide, but how does one show that in picture?
