Its actually slightly smaller than Su 33, so yes, it has the potential to be operated from carriers. BTW, to OP, that is not even a concept, it some crappy video made by some fanboy. If this is the bench mark for concepts, then I can become a program director for concept design.

Personally, I think the J-20 should stay away from being navalized, it's simply too bulky and heavy. A better option would be the J-31, as it's smaller and more could fit on the carrier itself.

j-20 wont be made a carrier fighter, ever. J-31 however if picked up by the PLA is very probably designed for carrier ops
