Oh really? Iran? Iran was the first country on planet earth to recognize Pakistan in 1947.

We may have few issues with Afghanistan here and there, but nothing serious like the territorial disputes India has with all its neighbours.

If Afghanistan really wanted the UN to intervene and call that border disputed, like how Kashmir is disputed, they could have done it a long time ago.

The supply route being changed is not really the core issue here. It may or may not work well for the US but this does underline an obvious change in the way US is looking at Pakistan. What this translates to will just be speculation as of now but there may be a cause for worry. It may be just another arm twist that US is applying but whatever the reason PAK may be at the receiving end as far as the US-PAK relations are concerned. What is very interesting will be PAK's official response to this news. Will they soil their under pants again or stand up or won't care????

Any ways try and look this way. Any war is never a static situation, all wars are highly dynamic; specially the long ones. In this war time has come that it DOES NOT MATTER NOW how US looks at Pakistan. What matters more is HOW PAKISTAN LOOKS AT US (and I am not exaggerating at all). US has had a real beating in the last 10 years, the morale of their forces is really low, the so called allies are now planning to pack up and go home. To this, add that there are so many new problems propping up in middle east and north africa. To this, add that the US and european economies are not in a good shape.

I fail to understand that how US can think of twisting Pakistan's arm when they are desperate for success !!!!

since you are supporter of the umah concept, i need to tell you that the other umah brothers(central asia) will let america have its supplies through their soil.

They might let America to supply fuel through its land, however the ummah concept should be believed by all Muslims, that's why in Islam we have a sense of brotherhood. When you forget this concept and find it amusing then truly I pity those who do, But that is my opinion you may differ.

That is what we are doing, have you not read that the Pakistan army is destroying these scums one by one, its only a matter of time, as the cowards are seeking refuge in Afghanistan. Seems like USA and Pakistan long relationship is fading out, while India who has to side with Russia during war with Pakistan, is going strength to strength.

Being too confident can bring down even the best of men, so you can dream that India is getting stronger and Pakistan is getting weaker. And I don't think the topic has anything to do with India, as Afghanistan, America and Pakistan are the key players here.
