@Alpha1, do you have a workout regime, for me personally during the winter months when I do not workout or go outside much monsieur, I tend to get slight depressed too or may that is due to living up in this igloo eh

for a few months i dont workout a lot. Its softening my muscles. And liontk i have many reasons to be deppressed off!

I agree politics is very dull though I find middle east a litte intriguing from the fact that there are not alot rules to follows, simply it is a kind of unruly and somewhat ruthless politics, which looks great from the outside but it sucks to be on the recieving end. This being said, politicans have no ethics or moral compass neither decipline, which something the armforces from my experience have instilled in them from the very first day you step in the boots. Anyways what is going on with BD military, i do not understand most the things posters are talking about but they always bring up a coup possibility or are they just exaggerating???

No i am not doubting you what so ever as I cannot place myself in your shoes brother and bearing the burnt of tragedies in pakistan, i had probably be in a worse shape then you fair enough to say. However hope is the only thing that can get one out of misery and once again take my opinion with a grain of salt but the japonaise poeple forexample are a personal inspiration for me. They felt the wrath of two atomic bombs, lost millions of lives yet they believed in a better future for their children and today they have made something out of themselves and had they given up 68 years ago, the country would be a different place than it is today.
