@Talon during my intermediate classes i had seen some images of plants causing toxicity in household usage.

There were 4-5 plant species that were thought to be culprit of accidental toxicity (can easily be taken as food due to resemblance)

I remember about mushrooms and one more i forgot the name.Can you please add to the list?...thanks.
