@JonAsad so you mean to say that bad rulers should be left? What sort of hypocrisy is that? If you see bad you are ORDERED to stop it! Not sit back and wait for a miracle! Leader or no leader....A corrupt is a corrupt...esp if he became a leader from corruption to begin with...

2ndly, .Maybe you do not know, ISLAM is for everyone NOT just the learned..this stupid concept of Islam being for only the learned has caused a burst in the peer fakeer business and also in these people being able to control people who think not with the aqal ALLAH gave

The problem is what scale you have to declare a ruler a bad ruler-
Example say zardari- can you prove- have solid proof to fight against him-
how can you be sure he is really bad- not victim of propaganda-
you think he is bad start a rebellion against him- can you ever find out what value good or bad he has infornt of Allah?-

Salman Taseer- The qadri guy had his genuine reasons to kill an acting governor of a state-
so answer me this can an individual or group them are worthy enough to judge other people?-
By that logic there will be bloody mess in every corner/ street of Muslim world-

thats why Allah has kept such matters in his own hands- He is the only one that can judge-

How about forget what i am saying- Tell me a Quranic verse saying Fight violently against an unjust corrupt or bad ruler-

It only till the right moment.....Islam does not stop you to struggle against that bad ruler with other non-violent options....... once you gain that much political and social power to topple that rule then you could use this option.

And if you have extensive insight in Islamic history, this is how rebellions started during Hazrat usman and Hazrat Ali era. People interpreted the meaning of these ayyahs according to their limited understandings and raised their arms against ameer ul momineens
