He was never convicted of any crime. The US denying him a visa doesn't automatically qualify him as being a criminal. Perhaps in Pakistan that may be the situation but certainly not in India. If you feel so strongly about his involvement in the Gujarat riots , why don't you or anybody else who does petition the international court of justice to indict him? Off course you wouldn't since you definitely know that the Indian Supreme Court's investigation exonerates him completely. He may not be my cup of tea as a politician but that certainly doesn't give you or anybody else to call him a "mass murderer"
