I'm sorry but he just isn't a "guiding light". Yes, he has done wonders for a single state, but as a leader for one of the most diverse and vibrant nations on earth? No, no, no, no, inaction is the same as complicity and we all know what I am talking about. There is no way a man who has even been accused of such despicable things cannot be the leader of India not the public face of India to the rest of the world. Would you really want to have economic growth (which isn't assured under him btw after all he only has experience on a state level) at the cost of tarnishing the image of India for years to come and have such a man in office?
