Ah, developing countries will be developing countries! Nothing to worry about much when you're at this stage.

That doesn't mean money grows on trees, that government can indulge in scams. Companies are having trouble doing proper business because of this today. Developing countries need a proper and safe environment to grow otherwise they will tank and go backwards. All these scams have ruined investors confidence and has greatly affected the industrial ouput of the country.

Senior Congress leader Ghulam Nabi Azad today termed Narendra Modi as a "weak" Prime Minister whom Pakistan does not take seriously and unabated ceasefire violations by the neighbouring country are a testimony to it.

I pointed this out a couple of days ago, that by issuing inflammatory statements that defined some sort of "clear cut victory" on the part of the BJP in addressing the most recent LoC/IB clashes (We shut Pakistan's mouth, Pakistan has been silenced etc.) Modi and the BJP were leaving themselves completely open to looking like fools when clashes would erupt across the LoC/IB the next time (which ended up happening a couple of days later).
