Why not when some top commanders of NSCN (Isak-Muivah) are camping in China and trying to convince the Chinese leadership to help them fight against the Indian.

There is no secret, we know it. They can hardly damage China, the poor Tibetan just earn a salary from the Indian force. Will they love India? We doubt it. When the new Dalai Lama is reincarnated in China, the situation will sharply changes.
I am just afraid in the future, the refugee Tibetan may face the situation what Rohingya face today. Maybe they will try to get an independence country in the future in Ladakh and Sikkim, where is originally belong to Tibetan.

Nagas holding America weapons is without doubt.

Yeap.... but there was a logical reasoning.... they did not want USSR to win. It was the height of the cold war and US has just gotten their arse handed to them by the viet cong a few years earlier....

In this case nagas are trying to disrupt india which US is lining up to be their pawns against china.

Myanmar was USSR ally for a time. You may know, Mynamar even once bombed China embassy in Rangoon ( anyway, this is another story ). America have all motives to arm separatists in Myanmar due to Myanmar-USSR ally.
No case indicate America arm nagas directly, the weapons were smuggled from Myanmar separatist group. However, America don't want a powerful India threat in the area too. In the future if India develop fast and become super power, America maybe support Nagas directly, who knows. Leaving a bug there don't damage America interests.
