Well I created this thread for serious purpose, I feel there are too many people here on forum who feel in India Muslim can be forced to wear sari etc. I have seen this time and again and thought of helping them to clarify.

However since Agno set it a trend, I hope he will not mind when someone else does the same to any other thread when he is in mood to trolling.

People should respect other members thread too and specially coming from Admin was not in good humor. If you disagree put your points otherwise you are just telling people that we have different rules for different members on forums.

Hey.. i completely agree with you. I have seen the life of muslims in many countries & If you ask me honestly, india is the one country where muslims can live the life the way they want. you have muslims from extreme relegious views to those who wants to live as free moderate citizens & they live their life without hindrane & total freedom. Whereas in most of the muslim countries they have to follow the way of life prescribed by the state or by the relegious heads. Whereas in western countries muslims are constantly subjected to racism & are viewd thru the prism of islamophobia.

Overly nationalistic people from both sides routinely take digs at each other, and that is normal for an online forum. But Indians restrict it to nationality. Among Pakistanis, even Elite members, Think Tanks and sometimes Admins don't refrain from insulting or taking digs at Hinduism. That should tell you about the difference in our attitudes.

dear rabbit appreciate ur intenstions..but like i said before i understand ur frustration abt jana's saree comment..she has even said that hindus changed names of all muslim sounding places...so there is no point to trying to educate someone who doesnt want to know...

let her harp on with her usual oneline rants abt bharati, orange media indian terrorist army and all that...

let us all believe that she is infact a real journalist!!!

I agree with you, you cannot wake up people who are already awake. I think they just want to post anti Indian regardless of it being true. Also think if those stupid comments will not be there, the forum will lose charm.

The Indian Muslims were given a chance to move to Pakistan in 1947,but they choose to say back,because of their faith in this soil rather than some mythical land of the pure.

And I can certainly say their decision did not backfired

Fact is no one in India can force Muslims to sing Vande Matram and forcing to marry seems farfetched, also people who say this should get some proof as well.
2) Muslims are forced to change their tradition attire etc.

Forced conversion and Hindu girls forced marry to Muslim men. This is what happen in Pakistan.
