They are strategies. Strategies are used to tackle future threats. Show me one country, apart from Pak, that has explicitly defined its armed forces around one country

Because there is no use deploying such large forces on China border because any future war with China would not be land based because of the terrain, while with Pak it will be land based.

Historically more countries have emerged from Pakistan and not India.. And looking at Balochistan where both Balochi freedom fighters and even external powers like USA are hell bent to liberate that region from Pakistan's occupation, the chances of a new country emerging there in next decade of 2 are astronomically higher

This is a myth.

Most forces are in interior areas from where they can be deployed to either theater.

Pakistanis just assume it has to be them.
