Political warfare is very normal between enemy states, it would be naive to think otherwise. It involves weaponising of media, and RFA in this case is just one of many offensive forces in this battle field.

@A.A. Khan that it's indeed a problem. I don't think China completely failed to see such offensives are coming, but poor results suggest that China is very ill-prepared, badly equipped even in defensive operations, let alone counter-offensive. Will China improve and ready to fight political warfare? I don't know but I hope so.
