In Hinduism the Supreme Being/ Supreme spirit doesn't sit in Heaven meting out rewards and punishments, but, instead, is present in all creatures. Rather than being a pantheistic religion, Hinduism is panentheistic because god, as an ever-changing Being, is present in everything.


Creation, protection and destruction, the chief functions/roles of the Supreme Being, are represented to Hindus by three gods, the triad of Brahma, Vishhnu, and Shiva.

Some explain these three gods as manifestations of the Supreme Being; others insist that they are independent.

These gods in turn have their own incarnations of different forms hence, the large pantheon of Hindu deities like Ram for example.

Most hindus believe these large group is their window towards supreme being but never realises ever in their life that the supreme being is inside them.... itself.

Modi spoke extempore much better than you would. Anyway, I was addressing the general assumption among a particular crowd which equates speaking polished English with intellectual strength. Also the assumption in your post that being a Hindu saint equates to being an imbecile.

Hindus know and realize that the supreme being is inside them, infact they are the supreme being. But the moment someone claims they are, I see Hindus like you going all red in your face.

If i am myself part of supreme being, i dont need to appease any medium or any other form to reach out to the supreme being.

No, you are not wrong. That is why there is no law stipulating compulsory worship. All worship done is only to fulfill human needs. It is our need that is being addressed when we go to temples and worship. The need in us to connect back to the whole we came from.

No need to get defensive. Now it seems you are the one putting English as a prerequisite. He has used a teleprompter whenever he has spoken in English, not that there is anything wrong with that.

I did not assume that being a Hindu saint equates to being an imbecile. However being a Hindu saint does not necessarily qualify you to be a minister. Religion and governance are two different things and should be kept separate.

No, there is no concept of heaven and hell. We have a form of purgatory which is temporary. Cause and effect is built into the fabric of the cosmos and is essentially to maintain its balance. Hell and heaven are on earth and not elsewhere.

Thats the whole point. These sadhus and self proclaimed protectors of Hinduism needs clamp down pushing their views on others throat.

Nothing is compulsory and nobody needs anybody to tell what they should do to be a good Hindu or a good citizen .
