Buddy, this story is falling apart faster than you think. Flight attendants are rolling their eyes at Ms.Ahmad's allegation.
United Hub - Shuttle America Flight 3504 - News
Just as I thought, they are being kind to what they all know as nothing more than dealing with a petulant passenger. United and associate Shuttle America are not going to come out and accuse Ms. Ahmad of lying due to her being a Muslim and one of moderate prominence. Concurrently, Ms. Ahmad will be satisfied with her 15 minutes of fame and will let this story quietly go away, stashed in the electronics archive of the Internet, since she cannot prove a thing.
Do you know why and when Ms. Ahmad's story fell apart ? When she claimed the flight attendant said a soda can is a potential weapon.
Liquids that cannot be inspected, medically verified liquids such as dietary needs are exempted, are confiscated
PRIOR to boarding. Liquids that are served by the airlines are inspected and verified separately. That means it would be absurd for the flight attendant to say to Ms. Ahmad that unopened can of soda is a potential weapon when that can of soda have been cleared by the TSA long before the flight. In other words, Ms. Ahmad knew the TSA argument but placed it at the wrong location in the alleged event.
Where is the pilot who supposedly admitted his 'white male privilege' status, thereby associated guilt to United ? If this white pilot felt bad enough because of his race and walked Ms. Ahmad to a United office to file a formal complaint, surely Ms. Ahmad remember his name ? How about a copy of the complaint so she could show it on her Facebook page ? She could also give Redneck Airlines permission to post that complaint on the Internet for all to see, correct ? How about not merely give permission but insist that the complaint be made public ?
Why is CAIR, Council of American Islamic Relations, not involved ? Because no matter how willing they are to portray the US as evil, they know Ms. Ahmad have nothing to prove her story. Ms. Ahmad is supposedly a presence on several Muslim organizations and boards of leaderships, such as the ACMC (Association of College Muslim Chaplains), the Islamic Society of North America, and Inner-City Muslim Action Network, so where are they in public presence to defend Ms. Ahmad ? Does no evidence have any impact to their public absence because they do not want to embarrass themselves and their organizations ?
I guess that when I flew United, I mean Redneck Airlines, from Los Angeles to Shanghai and I was served club soda in a cup, Redneck Airlines was being subtly discriminatory against Asians and Asian-Americans. I saw the same thing done to white passengers so that mean Redneck Airlines discriminate against their own kind. What happened to that 'white privilege' with these white passengers ?
Am willing to go out on a limb here and say that the flight attendants on those oh-so-superior airlines you cited also rolled their eyes at Ms. Ahmad's story.
