Click on the link I provided earlier. One example is the employee who was fired for violated the dress code but did NOT tell his employer it was for religious reasons. In such a case the employer is in the right and the employee is in the wrong....because from what I know, the employee has no legal requirement to do anything.
Again, it isn't for the employer to judge the employee's religious beliefs or practices for violating the dress code, it's just that the employer needs to be informed that this is the explanation. The employee does not need to provide any details or justification after that.
