Does India's constitution allow the freedom of religion, and the right to practice said religion?
If yes, then clearly this is against the constitution, and is morally wrong.
If no, then the "world's largest democracy" seems to be more like a restrictive dictatorship.
If you cannot allow nearly 20% of your population to live a harmless life in the manner of their choosing, and would rather impose restrictions, then give these people their rightful piece of land where they are free from dictatorship!
