I fear Pakistan Army might take over again! I was watching Hamid Mir on Geo News at about 11:30 Am IST and he was saying that Political leaders and Judges are being threatened by ISI. He further went on to say that the unknown callers informed them that Marshal Law will be applied by Army soon!

Yes, I agree- we in kashmir watch his capital talk and he often spews venom against Pakistan Army and ISI and at the same time extolling and befriending the sworn enemies of Pakistan. Most unfortunate thing for us is that he is a kashmiri.

The names u mentioned, all paid the price for being pro establishment apart from Gillani. i also agree that the law should be applied on all those who supported Mushy during his time regardless of which political parties they are inn now.

Article 6 of the constitution lays out the meaning of high treason:

Any person who abrogates or subverts or suspends or holds in abeyance, or attempts or conspires to abrogate or subvert or suspend or hold in abeyance, the Constitution by use of force or show of force or by any other unconstitutional means shall be guilty of high treason.

Now tell me which of the above did not happen? Who used force to subvert the Constitution? Did Nawaz do it or Mush? And replacing a Chief as Nawaz wanted to do, does not amount to subverting the constitution.
