Musharraf suffering from 9 medical conditions: Report | Business Standard
Former Pakistani military ruler Pervez Musharraf is suffering from nine medical conditions, a media report said today.
Citing a medical report submitted to the special court that is conducting Musharraf's trial for high treason, Geo News reported that the 70-year-old former military strongman was suffering from calcium deposits in his coronary artery, mental stress, frozen shoulder, excess cholesterol in the bloodstream, prostrate enlargement, and spinal and bone pain.
Earlier today, the special court exempted Musharraf from appearing in person for two days after his medical report was submitted in a sealed envelope.
The judges had yesterday sought the report from the Armed Forces Institute of Cardiology, where Musharraf was admitted on January 2 after he suffered heart problems while being taken to court.

before you open your mouth against NS read and understand in detail, this medical report is submitted by army hospital doctors in supreme court .....
nothing to do with GOV and Army ... PTI people always involve gov for no reasons ,

For someone 70, not very uncommon to have such issues. The AFIC/CMH ran a full physical examination on him. His entire medical history is being shared with the court so they understand that a multitude of previous conditions in addition to the heart ailment, to which he is predisposed to due to familial reasons, are contributing to his ill health.
I am sure he will get back on his feet, but the delay and the drama is on both ends and on purpose. If the charges are dubious, then his defence will also prolong and drag the case, which is to his advantage. There is no bravery in offering oneself up for getting shuttled around various courts on dubious charges.
Since the "commando" is used so shamefully in a derogatory manner by the champions of democracy, let me offer this up, commandos are taught to be intelligent cowards and to be willing to beat a retreat when the need arises to be able to fight another day. This may take a while for most to understand, but such is the way for anyone who has served 40 years in the Army and has been run through the mill. He won't take the bait that is being offered by asking these hyenas and vultures sitting in the parliament and the tribunal for forgiveness. If NS and cronies in the Supreme Court think that they can walk over a former CoAS with their vindictive nonsense, the Army's absolute silence on this matter should be an indication of how things are being perceived. Had the Army been toeing the Government's line, they would have released a statement through ISPR on this issue but by not doing so, they are not willing to let NS to get away with this.
Nawaz's other cronie, Mushahidullah Khan, has already stated that the Government is NOT looking for the death penalty or prison term for Musharraf, which is the beginning of the backpedaling.
Lastly, I am not suggesting that the Army and Musharraf should strong arm their way out of this. However for as long as the charges against Musharraf are based on just the 2007 emergency, this is not justice. It needs to be called out for what it is and all fair minded Pakistanis should speak out against it.

^^^Nothing will happen to heshe mushee. as Hashmi predicted that kamando would fly out of Pakistan on the wings of fairies. Pakfaujzindabad has an impeccable record in the twin cities, despite all odds it never lost a single battle against the bloody civilians and even in this last battle it came out victorious. Apparently the kamando failed to learn how to be intelligent but a coward he has always been.

best of luck Musharraf ... why have so many people have medical issue ..? the judges are baised , they seem to have no problem with it .. The best time of pakistan (in my life) was when musharraf was in power .. jangas and bhuttos have done more harm to pakistan then even an extranal enemy

Yes agreed nothing will happen to Mushee! In a country made up of cowards, why should he be an exception?
