If Judge Zaidi has to be removed from this case, then a motion will have to be submitted and ruled on before the case can proceed.

These Judges cannot do that because they are not unbiased… They have already presumed him guilty before even his trail. That is the reason he is the only candidate whose papers were rejected after being accepting by the returning officer. There biased and corrupt judges cannot impart justice for that reason there should be no case… Against Musharraf!
