Raza Hayat and Ijaz-ul-Haq revealed how only 2/3 people were given complete authority to do anything they wanted. Kashmir issue was handled by a very "patriotic" Pakistani Tariq Aziz, the writer of NRO and many other deals. Tariq Aziz was so authoritarian that he took bribe for appointing the next Prime Minster after Jamali got fired.

Also Banezir was guilty and in switzerland she was sure to be convicted, at that stage, Sab se pehle Pakistan kehne wala went on to rescue her and the same Tariq Aziz negotiated NRO on the terms that suited Musharaf and his government.
