I have earlier quoted Article 6 and changes brought to it under 18th Amendment.
There was no high treason charges in the original article 6, which was added under the 18th amendment.
This law is then applied retrospectively to Musharaf.
This is illegal, you cannot apply laws retrospectively. When the act took place it wasn't illegal. Thus this judgement is bogus to say the least.
