Shirin Mazari shouldn't be even in the cabinet. I have observed her and her daughter. She totally supports her daughter and never counters her. I feel perhaps she uses her daughter to vent off her steam.

Shireen Mazhari's daughter is a reflection of her mother.

I remember reading her daughter's tweets before, her daughter was arguing with a pakistani actor over lgbt because he had said something anti-lgbt. Then Shireen Mazhari came into the conversation and rather than put her daughter straight, she started tweeting garbage about the actor even though her daughter was the one being pro-lgbt.

Sometime's good people can have bad kids. But that isn't the case here.

I appreciate what you are saying but reality is that you can't field a team of rookies.
You need a few older guys to provide leadership and the young guys to provide spirit.

That can happen if you force some 3-4 thousand employees (out of some 55 thousand total employees) to take premature returement... BUT, even that way the pension expenses of post increases. And you can not sack some thousand government employees without giving them proper pension... there is no other way around except utilizing existing work force and investing on there training and professional development.

I send a parcel (suit wrighting 440 gram) from Peshawar to Taunsa Punjab... it costed me 175 rupees. first they asked me to sew the suit in a cloth which is another headache , why can’t they use boxes like tcs do ? I dont think a single box will cost them 30+. Simply add the price to total . If you ask a person to take his package and sew it in a cloth or just pay 50 extra. He will give you 50 extra.

Now, i asked the person, well t reach taunsa in 2 working days ? He said yes. 4 working days passed. And eid came. And my friend texted me, yar wo suit ni pohncha.... and i was like Whhhaattttttt.... Now the parcel sended on 29 may will reach Taunsa on 11, 12 June . Specially when it was meant for eid . need to work on this too. They have the required infrastructure. Should be able to deliver package from gilgit to karachi in no more then 3 days...


Suggestion : set Rs.200 charges for parcel weighing upto 1 kg instead of current 175. But provide your own Box instead of asking for cloth.

It work that way. But i guess other countries have something called “pension fund” where that amount goes and is stored which then pay workers pensions. In Pakistan we dont have that. Department don’t store that money instead it pay those amounts from its annual budget each year. So the budget of each organisation consist of

1- running expenses
2. Development fund
3. Salaries and pension
