That can happen if you force some 3-4 thousand employees (out of some 55 thousand total employees) to take premature returement... BUT, even that way the pension expenses of post increases. And you can not sack some thousand government employees without giving them proper pension... there is no other way around except utilizing existing work force and investing on there training and professional development.

I send a parcel (suit wrighting 440 gram) from Peshawar to Taunsa Punjab... it costed me 175 rupees. first they asked me to sew the suit in a cloth which is another headache , why can’t they use boxes like tcs do ? I dont think a single box will cost them 30+. Simply add the price to total . If you ask a person to take his package and sew it in a cloth or just pay 50 extra. He will give you 50 extra.

Now, i asked the person, well t reach taunsa in 2 working days ? He said yes. 4 working days passed. And eid came. And my friend texted me, yar wo suit ni pohncha.... and i was like Whhhaattttttt.... Now the parcel sended on 29 may will reach Taunsa on 11, 12 June . Specially when it was meant for eid . need to work on this too. They have the required infrastructure. Should be able to deliver package from gilgit to karachi in no more then 3 days...


Suggestion : set Rs.200 charges for parcel weighing upto 1 kg instead of current 175. But provide your own Box instead of asking for cloth.

I clearly mentioned “working days” . I asked will it reach in 2 working days (well i mentioned the day till end of 2nd working day) and he said yes. It took 4 working days (total 7 days) before eid now eid holidays ... and God knows when will it reach when offices open on 11th...
