His followers should kill each other if they want heaven our gov really need to concentrate on educating our people it's the only way to get rid of this jahil mindset.

P.S indians you don't have anything to do with this thread so stop trolling we know how ''advanced'' and educated your country is when it comes to religion you're worse than us in these thing so don't force us.

And progressive Pakistanis wonder why their country has a bad image around the globe.

And yes India is the most loved country across the globe. Right?

No India is known as a rapist, intolerant and for 'untouchable' in their caste system, electing a terrorist and list goes on.

Before commenting on Pakistan do keep in mind where Hindia stands right now.

I see India the same way as you described here just 7 minutes ago :)

I was talking about their followers how many of them you think are doctors or engineers? you think people who built that shrine are degree holders? Quality education without a doubt is the best way to solve hundred's of problems.

I can do tell they are in thousands and thousands in fact in millions.

That means you lack the basic knowledge. The people who support Mumtaz Qadri are Ahle-sunnat wal jamat aka brailvies and they are totally against Talibans and have been the largest victim of TTP attacks whether it were attacks on their shrines or their scholars like Mufti Naemi and Hasan Jan...
The aswj that morphed into lej you really want to go there?
The point is our stupid awam is cheering a murderer

As @waz so explicitly explained his action was not right. He broke a promise/oath/covenant and Islam and Islamic jurisprudence is very clear on this with the Quran stating that keep your covenants as the covenants will be asked in akharat and the sunnah also stating that those that break promises, they have no deen.

As for the mud from glass. The thing is this area was always like this. I am sure if I would visit this place then they would forcefully make my head bow in front of his grave similar to data sahib darbar but that's another topic and controversial one. Eating and keeping mud of his grave as if he was the uniter of Muslims, the conqueror of darul harb and liberator of all that is Holy. Give me a break the guy was a killer.

Anyhow the thing is where I myself am controversial on this. I have advocated the shooting of every PPP member and jiyala bcz of the 2008-2013 and I have stated it as well. Shooting them in the streets.

Yes that is another legal aspect of it. He killed a government official in rebellion which comes under Baghi under hadd which is death. His punishment was justified from every aspect both Islamic and Pakistan law ( although both are very similar). He was rightfully hanged. There are no two games around. He killed a fellow Muslim as well and he confessed to the crime. That is qatl ( wilfull murder) and death.

There is no legal defence for his action. All of them lead down the road of execution and a very clear cut case that was made controversial due to the moulvi aspect. Plenty of witnesses, confessed to crime and takes pride in it.

Who knows. If left alive. Ten years later he would have been commander of the "faithful" killing our soldiers and children with a new terror group. :p

.
They should have tried to bury him in a anonymous, unmarked grave. This may have prevented this hero worship

A person is guilty unless he is convicted by any court of law. Modiji has been convicted by any court of law in India. On the other hand many of the lawyers and judges in Pakistan are seeking asylum in foreign countries due to extremist threats. Before talking of Modiji, what about the 1971 war crimes in Bangladesh by Pakistani soldiers
What about 120000 Kashmiris, Manipur, operation blue star and 20 more insurgencies?

My dear with respect. even Allah doesn't forgive murder. please read your religion. not what the jahil imams and the village elders tell you. but quran and hadith only. You will then know that only the murdered can forgive the murderer on the day of judgement, and who will do that when even you own mother will not give you a single good deed. before getting hot and bothered in a reply i challenge you get get something from quran and hadith that justifies murder. even if the man/woman was a non believer
Allah permits it under condition read Quran.

Well i agree that the so - called blasphemy law is worse than human feces.

no human deserves death over any so - called blasphemy. It just shows how weak or pathetic your argument is.

Quadri was a terrorist. His so-called shrine should be buldozed.
I pray fr you Allaw SWT show you and me the right path. Jazakum Allah Khair.

Sure why not but air strike also needed to eliminate Pakistani cult religious group and newly founded atheist / agnostic groups also.

From an Islamic standpoint, that is was Qadri stated he was acting upon, he was guilty.

1. He killed a man he swore to protect. If he was to break his oath he should have proclaimed it, and stopped guarding the governor. He instead hid it, and shot him in the back.
2. If he had a dispute regarding something the governor said, he should have filed a court case, or at he very least bought it in front of a panel of Qadis, from all Fiqhs (Barelvi, Deobandi. Ahle Hadith, Shia) to determine whether there was a genuine case. He didn't, and shot the man in cold blood. He wasn't even given a chance to explain his side. In Islamic fiqh even apostates are asked to explain why they have left the deen.
3. He broke the sovereign laws of a nation and was completely unrepentant.

I say this as someone who hails from the Barelvi school, he was wrong, and his supporters are misguided beyond belief.
From the islamic point of view, he had been punished for his crime. He is innocent now.
