MQM to join PML-N - To join federal cabinet soon

That might help, to safe his government, but what about Pakistan? He ask for mighty government we gave him, now again bring other players will make this government weaker in making big decisions. This might save the chair, but chair with wheels is not preferrable.

The army got what it wanted.

Yes the Army got what it wanted - It always gets it what it wants, however only within borders. 1971 was different because another country got involved - that’s where all the air from the balloon comes out as soon as they see a challenger.

Pak Army biggest achievement so far is keeping fooling the majority of Pakistan’s population believe that they are not in power. it’s their planted Politician’s/etc and keeping a good image in eyes of Pakistanis.

The job they are paid to do by common Pakistanis? History tells us they have failed to do that – so does the current security situation.

Army is around half a million – A million March on GHQ once in a while can certainly change Pakistan’s destiny – To keep reminding the wannabees in GHQ of who holds the power. Its the majority/civilians and not a few men in uniform. That’s one idea – or may be do what Bengalis done to them.

It’s debatable.

That's the problem with the leaders in this country. Short term gains. Short term thinking. It's game of thrones. Also, it's always the army which is responsible for all the troubles in this world. These Pakistani politicians aren't prone to mistakes.

He ask for mighty government we gave him

No you did not - As you may know he was jumping up and down recently - whoever gave him the "Power" placed him right back in the small box where he belongs.

Dangerous and juvenile politics is what I would term it as. There must be something seriously wrong when a government is constantly trying to save its skin instead of governing and being in charge. It's a shame that some people fail to see this.

Now, let's talk about the crux of the problem which is being avoided in each conversation. The PML-N is arrogant and scared. It has already admitted that rigging took place during the elections. Instead of working together with political parties to address the problem it rather gave preference to a politics of confrontation. We wouldn't be in such a political turmoil had the PML-N chosen to adhere to a few simple and genuine demands of the aggrieved parties. PML-N "won" the elections and the aggrieved parties weren't going to take that away from them. Heck, the PML-N could have earned trust and admiration of the people. Besides, what on earth is wrong with overhauling a foul, corrupt and bogus electoral system which haunts us each election year? Why not fix it for once and all? Instead, NS chose to bully and make false promises with the aggrieved parties. The fierce protests and sit-ins were bound to happen.

The problem now is that the PML-N is going to extreme lengths to save face. The politics of reconciliation could have saved them embarrassment. I'm not slightly surprised though by Nawaz Sharif's actions. In fact, it was to be expected. This "PM" hasn't learnt a thing from the past. It's a darn shame.

there was an answer for those who are looking for answer

The only problem is that leaders you like to defend have created hell in Pakistan. No one is asking for an ideal world.
