apologies for a delayed response. Unfortunately i do not enjoy the luxury of writing from a laptop. Considering remote nature of my job, I use Smartphone to browse the forum.Your style of posting, and generally of many others, makes it extremely hard to respond as all your sentences are clubbed into a single para.
you see this is where you and I I differ with approaches. You are going too much with the official words etc.The LEAs were given access to phone taps as late as last year and by the time they grew the requisite experience required to effectively use the system, the crimes that these alleged criminals are being interrogated for had already been committed. Some were committed as far back as 15-20 years. Before last year, only the military intelligence wing and ISI had access to such action and to some very limited instance the CPLC.
I am not sure about the very far past but since 2004 with the arrival of many private Telecos in the country and a boom of call centers, getting call data was not much a fuss. it was done all lot till 2011. Friends taking out the data of their customer without their consent and sharing with each other....yes you can respond with all tht illegal crap and what not. but this is the reality.
as i said the tehniques have been changed - atleast with the professional ones -- unles the person in question is sent off to Punjab Police to eat chitarsHardcore terrorists or a common man, anybody and everybody has a breaking point. The important thing is, are you willing to take your anger and frustration out on just about anyone......like the lynching victim of Lahore?
this isn't dick measuring content tbh, working for an agency somehow makes you an expert? because believe me I know a thing or two too. lets not go down that road and stay with the topic.Let's just say that my confidence, on my knowledge, is just as high as yours. However, I have always claimed to be a part of an agency whereas I have no idea what you do for a living so unless you are affiliated with an LEA yourself, the balance of the scales would be decidedly in my favour, self claimed ofcourse.
please share the relevant section you are referring to and we can argue on it from there.Anyway, have you ever, actually, read the law about firearms or the right of a licencee?? No you have not and thus your argument.
being a Licensee myself I have gone through the hassle of reading my rights.
I pity the agency you work for, because that actually is some poor reasoning from your side.As for your part in regards to threats, well I can only pity your level of reasoning skills. Hypothetical situation, there is a dacoity and 1 dacoit gets caught. Would I be willing to act as a witness if I were an actual witness? Honestly, I would not be a witness simply because the accomplice(s) of the dacoit, their whereabouts and general SOP's are unknown. Now considering being a star eye witness in a case involving an alleged master hitman of an allegedly extreme terrorist organization.
One or the other way, if the person is giving a confessional statement, and in the light of that confessional statement new information has been provided then that must be probed into too.....Charging this person is a difference case altogeter
