MQM MPA Shot Dead

This is not a good way to settle political differences. But looting of Pakistan is a life and death game, sometimes you get burned in such a country where people are keen to take law into their own hands. RIP to this civil servant.

MQM call for three days of mourning

KARACHI: The Muttahida Qaumi Movement will observe three days of mourning for MPA Syed Raza Haider who was targeted in Nazimabad on Monday.

A decision to this effect was taken by the MQM’s coordination committee, which also accused the “armed terrorists of the Awami National Party” of killing the MPA and his guard, according to a press release issued here on Monday.

It also strongly condemned the killing of Mr Haider and termed it a conspiracy to destabilise the country.

It said that the MQM would observe three days of mourning in a peaceful manner by holding a congregation to offer Fateha for those killed in the Monday attack.

Meanwhile, MQM chief Altaf Hussain also appealed to his partymen, sympathisers and common people to control their emotions and stay peaceful to foil the conspiracy to destroy the metropolis’s peace.

Mr Hussain also urged all partymen to attend the congregations in huge numbers.

He called upon the president, the prime minister, the Sindh governor and the chief minister to take notice of the killing, order a high-level probe and arrest the killers immediately.

Maybe it is done by MQM themself, as this is what they do to the people who leave their Party.

Oh its another sad incident for the city of Karachi, But the MQM was behaving like they own the whole city and was actively killing the Pakhtoons , This is most probably the back lash from there side, Untill this incident the ANP guys thought PPP-Leadership would help to reslove the dispute but being agitated by there helplessness in convincing MQM they went on with this kind of act. The coming days will see more bloodshed unless both entities stop and resolve there disputes through dialogue rather than opting for gang wars.

The scenario of MQM-(ANP+Some Others) fiasco is quite simillar to that pictured in the movie called Gangs of NewYork....!!!!

yes the peace loving mqm has killed 2 people in my area non stop firing and one bus on fire!!!!

How do u know MQM killed those two people?
Why u are putting blame on MQM?

every bus driver or guard(chaukidar) being found is being targetted! whole of karachi is under control of MQM gang now!!!

all schoold universities closed!!

and you say mqm is peace loving!!! where is the peace now???

When MQM wins elections in karachi, u people say MQM rigs election, now u are saying whole karachi is controlled by MQM, hypocrisy at best.

yes we say that on 12th may!!!!!!! they had karachi to themselves on 12th may!!! sorry bro wrong example of your terrorist party!!

See these two videos of 12th May.

now do u see who is burning karachi? Who is destroying public/govt property?

I have never seen u criticizing people in above video, do u have any personal problem with MQM ?

U are just narrow minded tunnel.

Now i know u will post video of MQM workers, but better u watch first if they are destroying public property or they are hiding them selves behind cars etc, to save themselves from gun fires.

But lately MQM has contributed enormously for the development of KHI. They have rooted those brutal land mafia who were there for 20-30 years. Roads,Overhead Bridghes and Parks all add up to there goodwill for the city of Khi and country Pakistan on the whole.Theres huge amount of good in there name as well , but the crime factor greatly undermines the positive efforts done by MQM for the betterment of Khi :agree:

what i fail to understand is why in pakistan when a leader dies do they love burning the poor man's way of life???? when benazir died karachi was burning left right & center!! mostly all poor people livelihood was destroyed!!

and now they burn buses of pathans & kill chaukidaars! how is that going to AVENGE anything!!!

tomorrow MQM and ANP will make peace but the poor man would have lost his money his life or his livelihood!

screw MQM & ANP! both parties should be removed from karachi! :hitwall:

Just one line answer fro u...

I u burn 10 cars in karachi, then its 8 of those cars are from MQM's supporter, if u burn 10 shops, 8 of them are from MQM.

Just suppose, if u have control over a city, 80% of public supports u. then if someone or u destabilize that city, then tell me who will gain and who will lose?

MQM has nothing to gain but everything to lose in karachi, destabilizing karachi would only hurt MQM's popularity in karachi,
is it very difficult for u people to understand?

And what makes u think MQM killed those people, i think someone from ur family killed those poor peoples.

Do u know there were orders by MQM that no one from MQM would go out from his house after death of Benazir, thats why MQM always openly ask for inquiry on that incident, when more then 50 people were died, 1000s of cars were burnt, dozens of girls were brutally raped.

Then someone asked mustafa kamal on TV, why MQM didnt stop those people?

Mustafa Kamal replied, we could have stop those people, but then u would have to dig 5000 graves for those peoples.

80% public support??? what are you talking about??

ok tell me something if you have 80% support and control of karachi then why is karachi being destabilize?? and how can a 20% population destabilize karachi??? and you said 12th may was done in self defense well you BLOODY HOLD 80% of the city according to you then how come all that happened???

either admit MQM has no power and someone can destablize the city or admit they have all the power & support in karachi hence no one can destabilize karachi except MQM!

The death toll from recent spate of violence in Karachi has risen to thirty-seven while more than 100 have been wounded

Clevery pointed out , but you know MQM even kills its own men,. No dough MQM suffers the loss but one might asks why MQM ignited all this by messing things up with ANP and the innocent pakhtoons who get cought in the middle of fire .. !!!!

If MQM has so much to loose than they should have acted in good will and these things could have been avoided. Needless to say its the fact that MQM knows that it will get away despite all the bloodshed and killing due to the blind support it enjoys from its karkuns who would bring you the vote by pointing a gun at your head.. !!!

MQM is undoughtly the strongest entity in Khi but one wonders who will gaurd the gaurds . Tell me one single entity with whome ?MQM has not messed up with and brought havoc the city of Khi(the city of lights) PPP,Jamiat,Anp etc etc all have fought MQM in one way or another.

We all hate each other....Punjabi ko mar par rahi hey Balochistan mein , Pushtoon ko Har taraf say ...Urdu speaking against Pushtoons and Pustoon against Urdu speaking, Pujabis hate Karachi walas and think they are the only loyals to Pakistan.... more than others....we are snatching each others killing each other, Khyber Pakhtoon khwa has separation plans so has Baluchistan ....Floodings, corruption, suicide bombing ....poverty unemployment fueling the fire.....Four-Five separate states ....US new Map of Pakistan being implemented ...slowly ...target date 2015.

Better do it in 2011....save innocent lives.

80% public support??? what are you talking about??

ok tell me something if you have 80% support and control of karachi
then why is karachi being destabilize??

80% support means that the average population of karachi supports MQM, i m not saying 80% of karachiites are MQM workers, i m saying 80% of population is MQM supporter.

and how can a 20% population destabilize karachi??? and you said 12th may was done in self defense well you BLOODY HOLD 80% of the city according to you then how come all that happened???

Such a i childish post, do u even know how many people live in karachi? its near 18 million, 20% of eighteen million is 3.6million, 36lac, and 36lac people can destablize not only karachi but, whole pakistan, do u know how many talibans are there are pakistan? They are not even 15000, that would be 0.00001% of total population of pakistan, but still they are destabilizing pakistan, so in karachi 0.5% to 1% are trying to destabilize karachi, which includes gangs, sipahe sahaba, foreign element, taliban etc etc.

either admit MQM has no power and someone can destablize the city or admit they have all the power & support in karachi hence no one can destabilize karachi except MQM!

Just give MQM authority over law and order, give MQM control over police, and u will see the difference. MQM workers cant control the law and order of karachi please.
