I don't understand what MQM will gain from writing such open letter...
1) Indian High Commissioner has no jurisdiction/political weight in pakistan (All he can do is raise the issue...which i doubt pakistani govt is unaware of.)

2) Assuming MQM is supported by India then no way will it respond openly/publicly...that would be stupidity...
