At the same time, many buildings shown here in the video seems to have stopped construction due to litigation and other filed issues, FSI...was reading Lodha one world has got the floor count restricted to 80 floors from the earlier 117 floors planned, in one of the higher tower.

It looks like early Sunday morning “traffic” to me. Actually, it could’ve been a weekday as well, pre-rush hour, of course. Underground metro construction shafts and traffic diversions at the south end of the artery, means that during rush hour(s), it takes ages to traverse the same stretch of road. I hope there is some respite from the sheer volume of vehicles once metro line 3 starts to function.

This is video of a part of Colombo's main thoroughfare Galle Road.. From Colpetty to Fort, Surprisingly with more traffic than Bombay.. And you will notice what a nuisance these Bajaj tuk tuk's have become on the roads

Mumbai seems pretty clean contrary to what people say it being busy and dirty. From the video it reminds me alot of Karachi, these two cities really should be classed as sister cities.

Also what an idiot the guy recording the video was for breaking the red light at the end of the video, could have seriously hurt someone or himself.

That's not a red light. It's warning to stop and proceed. (Light was blinking)

It is super busy, and parts of it are dirty, just like most other major cities in developing countries.
