What's new

Morning Drive in Lower Parel in 4K | Mumbai

Can we get similar video's from Karachi and Dhaka ?

Have this thread about Karachi and Lahore street views, check the 4rth one from top for a detailed view of buildings, roads and vehicular traffic of Karachi. Lahore roads are now better, but still Karachi is major trading and financial hub...getting cleaner now.

Residential areas of Karachi with big bungalows have different dynamics...

Dhaula kuan (Delhi) to Gurgaon

Really impressive, didn't knew Delhi main have so many well constructed elevated expressways, and with the Metro expansion visible as well. The end of the video is at the toll, it seems, where normally many lanes has to be incorporated.

Pretty nice brah... I have been to Karachi.. Did'nt get a chance to venture much though, Excpet in the night for dinner with my hosts

This is a street view of Duplication Road in Colombo the main shopping district

Colombo has this feel of a far eastern city, a bit of Kuala Lumpur and looks like a bit of Singapore as well, need to remove that rickety rickshaws, curse to the person who has invented it. Looks very neat and clean, modern, had this green character and looks more livable.

The second video seems to have shot from a double decker bus, do Colombo have these in large numbers.

In the third video the city and suburbs looks very clean and green. As Sri Lanka is sparingly populated it has this advantage related to less crowded cities and more open, uncluttered look, clean and green characteristic.

Islamabad city Pakistan, virtual tour, watch in HD. The best thing about Isb apart from its greenery and planning is it has no rickshaws, not allowed here.

Yes Suzuki Mehran cars(and older FX in taxis) need to be removed from here as well, It's not that noisy as rickshaws, but has that awful looks and feel.

Right, thanks, hope Islamabad remains this way, the green and clean characteristic of the city is intact, no one can cut trees here, CDA opposed cutting of 40 year old trees along Jinnah avenue due to BRTS construction and expansion...succeeded even with govt. pressure.

Colombo has this old world charm as well, and modern outlook too...

1. Tuk tuk's
2. Provincial councils under the Indian enforced 13th amendment which has turned in to nothing but third grade village thugs and thieves path to national politics

and
3. LTTE...

Chennai also seems to have this look...a south east Asia thing as well, tropical and green with Indo-Saracenic (British localised) architecture.

LOL, tuk tuk may be good for providing employment to locals but it is not a good deal, even brothels and drug cartels provides job.

LTTE gone with the wind...

Piaggio (of Italy) and Bajaj seem to have a never ending love affair ever since the first motorised rickshaws were imported into the country back in the 70s. Their useless products, both in 2 and 3 wheel variations, are disgusting and create traffic problems everywhere.
I’d be very happy if Bajaj shut down operations completely.

.
They are a bunch of entitled snobs.

Snobs and sobs...even Lahore civil society filed a petition in LHC about stopping the Metro orange train project as it was too close for comfort for Mughal period Shalimar gardens and some derelict monument. Project delayed by many months...

haha, you are saying as if we forced them upon you. At least you have a cheap transport option. Without much public transport system.

And, yeah:D I get it, otoh I like to think No3 was your own mess we needlessly butt in.

It's all over India.
I've seen it en masse in Thailand. Heard they are in the Philippines and so on. Maybe in future, these will change to EV's. And trust me, I hate rickshaws, they are a car that rides like a bike.
